This is a facility for learning about the water environment. There is an ecological aquarium and area for experiencing nature from the perspective of fish, birds, and insects. Visitors can have fun playing while learning about rivers and the environment in the City of Kitakyushu.
The huge River Observation Window which is 2.3m high and 7.2m wide lets visitors see living creatures in the Murasaki River throughout the seasons, including young sea perch, black porgies, and Japanese mitten crabs.
