This sightseeing trolley car runs 2.1km from Mojiko Sta. to Mekari.
With a maximum speed of 15km, it is the slowest, shortest train in Japan, so passengers can truly enjoy viewing the Kanmon Strait at a leisurely pace.
Passengers who purchase a travel pass allowing an unlimited number rides are free to enjoy riding the train all day as many times as they want.
Walking from Kanmonkaikyo Mekari Sta. to the Kanmon Tunnel Footpath takes about 5 to 10 min. To fully enjoy the Kanmon Strait, tourists are encouraged to buy a Clover ticket that includes the Kanmon Ferry and Sanden Bus (Mimosuso River→Karato).
