Mojiko Retro area History and historic sites / See / Play

As a hub port linking Japan with Dalian, China and other world shipping routes, the passenger terminal was built in 1929. It is currently used as a multipurpose hall for cultural and artistic events. Inside the terminal is the Matsunaga Bunko library, a facility housing the movie collection of Mojiko local Matsunaga Takeshi. Movie viewing is free. The library is a collection started in 1945 features over ten thousand movie posters, pamphlets, scenarios, newspaper scrapbooks, movie magazines, still photos etc. You may even find one of your favorite old movies there.
